Foundation

What holds it together?

  • Live
Projects, apps and API keysSign up, create a project, add your apps and keys yourself. No sales call.
  • Live
One Flutter SDKOne package for Android, iOS and web, one Lotse.init(). Everything else follows from it.
  • Live
One event streamClicks, installs, screens, feedback and pushes are rows in the same stream. Watch it live in the console.
  • Live
SegmentsFilter by campaign, platform and activity. The match count is a live query, not an estimate.
  • Live
Users, not just devicesLotse.identify() ties several devices to one person, with attributes of your own, and Lotse.reset() lets go of them at logout.
  • Live
Segments by behaviourAdded to cart but did not buy within seven days. Gave feedback about a bug. Save a segment, use it anywhere.
  • Live
Project membersInvite the colleagues who run campaigns, read the numbers or answer feedback.
  • Planned
    Roles and permissionsPermissions per role.
  • Coming next
Plans and billingFree, Pro and Enterprise per project, by monthly active devices. Every plan has every feature. Checkout and invoices through Paddle.
  • Live
Events without a networkEvents and taps wait on the device for up to 30 days and arrive with their original time. The server counts each one once.
  • Live
AI agentsYour own agent, such as Claude Code or Cursor, reads your project through an MCP server and, with a token that allows it, creates links and segments or answers feedback.
  • Coming next
Webhooks and server APIWith a server key, your backend creates links, sends campaigns and pushes to single users, reports events and deletes users. Signed webhooks report feedback, installs and deliveries back.

Acquire

Where do users come from?

  • Live
Deep linksShort links on your own subdomain with a target route, campaign parameters and a fallback per platform. App Links files are served for you.
  • Live
Deferred deep linkingA click before the install still lands on the right screen at first launch.
  • Live
AttributionExact through the Play install referrer, probabilistic otherwise, computed on the server and stored on the device.
  • Live
Acquisition reportPer campaign, source and medium: clicks, installs, still active after seven days, reached your goal event.
  • Live
QR codesEvery link as a QR code, as SVG for print and as PNG. A scan counts as a click of the link.
  • Live
Setup doctorChecks fingerprints, manifest host and assetlinks.json, and tells you why a link opens the browser.
  • Live
iOS Universal LinksThe link domain serves the association file, and links open the app on the iPhone.
  • Planned
Your own link domaingo.yourbrand.com instead of a lotse.dev subdomain.

Understand

What do they do?

  • Live
Automatic eventsSessions, screen views from your router, installs and app updates, without a line of tracking code.
  • Live
OverviewActive devices, new installs and sessions over 7, 30 or 90 days, top events and screens, platforms and app versions.
  • Live
FunnelsConversion per step, split by campaign or platform. Save the drop-offs as a segment with one click.
  • Live
RetentionCohorts by install week, split by campaign or platform.
  • Live
Event explorerAny event over time, broken down by property, platform, version or campaign.
  • Live
User timelineEverything about one person: origin, events, feedback and pushes in order.
  • Live
HeatmapsTaps per screen over a masked background, by platform, version and screen width. Rage taps are an event and so a segment. Android and web.
  • Live
CSV exportEvery table and every report, for the tools you already use.
  • Planned
Saved dashboardsYour own views, and anomalies explained in words.

Listen

What do they say?

  • Live
Feedback widgetLotse.instance.showFeedback(context) opens a sheet with an annotated screenshot, a text and a category.
  • Live
Feedback inboxNew, in progress, done. Filter by app version, platform or campaign.
  • Live
Context on every messageDevice, app version, the campaign the user came from, the last screen and the events right before.
  • Live
Privacy maskingWrap a widget in LotseConfidential and it is blacked out in every screenshot, before the image leaves the device.
  • Live
Replay with feedbackThe last 60 seconds before a report, buffered on the device and uploaded only with the report. Text fields and LotseConfidential are blacked out. Android and web.
  • Live
Feedback as a segmentTell everyone who reported the bug that it is fixed, with a link to the screen.
  • Live
ConversationsReply to feedback from the console. The answer arrives as a push, and the app lists the user’s own reports.
  • Live
Support chatAn asynchronous chat on the same mechanism, with device, origin and events as context.
  • Live
Surveys and NPSOne question to one segment. The answer is an event.
  • Live
Feature boardIdeas, upvotes and a roadmap tab inside the app. Every vote is an event, and with it a segment.
  • Planned
Topics instead of ticketsGroup similar feedback and draft the issue text. Processed in the EU, off by default.

Engage

How do I bring them back?

  • Live
Push campaignsDelivery through FCM with a deep link in the payload, a status per device, and dead tokens sorted out.
  • Live
Push to a segmentAny segment is an audience, whether it came from a campaign, a funnel or feedback.
  • Live
Campaign reportRecipients, sent, opened, and who reached your goal event within a day.
  • Live
Scheduled sendingWrite now, send on Tuesday at nine.
  • Live
In-app messagesA card or banner inside the app, for the same segment, with the same deep link.
  • Live
iOS pushAPNs delivery next to FCM, from the same campaign.
  • Live
Journeys and A/B testsThree days after the install and still no purchase: a push. Two variants, a control group, one winner.

What Lotse is not (yet)

Gaps named openly cost nothing, and they are the best sign that the rest works.

  • Attribution without advertising IDs is probabilistic.

Without the Play install referrer, a match needs the click and the first start to come from the same network within 60 minutes. No match is a normal result.

  • Heatmaps and replay skip iOS.

Both run on Android and the web. On iOS, everything else works; push was tested with builds from Xcode, TestFlight and App Store builds not yet.

  • Analytics runs on the event table.

That carries pilot sizes, not millions of events a day. Pre-aggregation comes after the first version.

  • Not a finished SaaS.

There is a self-service sign-up with quotas, no roles and no guided onboarding. Paid plans are being built, see the pricing page.

  • No crash reporting.

Others do that better. An integration may come, a rebuild will not.

  • Links live on a lotse.dev subdomain.

Your own link domain is prepared in the data model and not available yet.
