Analytics
Active users, funnels and retention, split by the campaign a user came from.

Deep links, analytics, feedback and push for Flutter apps. One SDK, one event stream, one console.
Win users, see what they do and bring them back. All three work on the same event stream.
Reach the right users and turn clicks into installs.
See what users do in your app, and where they stop.
Bring users back with push, in-app messages and A/B tests.
Each one works on its own. Because they share one stream, a segment you build in one works in all the others.

Separate SDKs, dashboards and contracts.
One SDK, one stream, one console.

Data protection
One service to assess instead of five, running in Germany and without advertising IDs.
Server and database run in a data centre in Germany.
The SDK collects what the features need. Screenshots only when a user sends feedback.
One SDK to review, one agreement, one place where data is deleted.
Attribution without IDFA or GAID. IP addresses are stored as a salted hash.
Quick answers to the most common questions about Lotse.
On the production instance, for Android and iOS: deep links, deferred deep linking and attribution with an acquisition report; the overview, funnels, retention, the event explorer, the user timeline and heatmaps; the feedback widget with context and replay, replies as push, a support chat, surveys and a feature board; segments by attribute and behaviour; push campaigns, also scheduled, in-app messages, and journeys with A/B tests. Heatmaps and replay run on Android and the web so far. Every feature on this site carries its status, and the roadmap lists all of them.
Yes, during the beta. Paid plans are being built, see the pricing page. Projects have quotas so that one project cannot crowd out the others.
Yes. The SDK, Universal Links and push over APNs run on iPhones against the production instance, and the SDK on pub.dev supports iOS. Builds run from Xcode use the APNs sandbox; TestFlight and App Store builds need a production APNs key. Heatmaps and replay are not on iOS yet.
No. Each pillar is useful alone, and the SDK only does what you call. The value grows with every pillar you add, because all of them write to the same stream.
On one server and one database in a data centre in Germany. Lotse uses no advertising IDs and stores IP addresses only as a salted hash.
Exact through the Play install referrer. Without it, Lotse matches click and first start by platform, language and IP prefix within 60 minutes. No match is a normal result; Lotse does not guess to fill a report.
