On request
For more than 100,000 monthly active devices, or terms of your own.
The step is the number of monthly active devices your project may have. Going up takes effect at once and is charged pro rata. Switching between monthly and yearly takes effect at once too, and Paddle charges the prorated difference right away, or credits it to your account. Going down within the same interval also takes effect at once; Paddle settles the difference on your next bill. A move down is possible if your devices fit the smaller step.
| Monthly active devices | Monthly | Yearly |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 10,000 | €39 / $39 | €390 / $390 (ten months) |
| Up to 25,000 | €79 / $79 | €790 / $790 (ten months) |
| Up to 50,000 | €149 / $149 | €1,490 / $1,490 (ten months) |
| Up to 100,000 | €249 / $249 | €2,490 / $2,490 (ten months) |
All prices are net. Paddle adds the tax of the buyer’s country at checkout. Businesses in the EU with a valid VAT ID pay no VAT (reverse charge).
The same number in both: €39 is $39. Other currencies are converted by Paddle.

Monthly active devices: the devices of a project that contacted Lotse in the last 30 days. It is the number the overview shows as active devices. Web browsers count one by one. Events your backend reports for a user without a device of their own do not count.
At 80 percent of your step the console shows a notice. Once you are over the limit you get a notice and an email, and 30 days to move up. On Pro, Lotse moves you up to the next step if you stay over for 30 days, with emails after 7 and after 23 days; the step applies at once and Paddle charges the difference on the next invoice; a move down never happens by itself. If nothing changes, you can no longer create new campaigns, journeys, surveys, in-app messages and messages, scheduled sends do not go out and the CSV export is off, until you are under the limit again or have changed plan. Your app is never switched off: the SDK, links, running push campaigns, webhooks and replies to your users keep working.
Nothing extra. In-app purchases will be part of every plan, without a share of your revenue. Free covers apps up to €2,500 monthly revenue, Pro and Enterprise have no cap. They are planned and not built yet.
Yes. Links, analytics, feedback, push, journeys, the server API, webhooks and agent access are in every plan. Plans differ in amounts, retention and support only.
Paddle sells the paid plans as the merchant of record, sends the invoices and adds the tax of your country; businesses in the EU with a VAT ID pay none. The service itself is provided by Nearay GmbH.
Yes, in the console under “Plan & billing”. Going up takes effect at once and is charged pro rata. Switching between monthly and yearly takes effect at once as well, and the prorated difference is charged right away, or credited to your account. Going down within the same interval also takes effect at once; the difference is settled on your next bill. Lotse only lets you move down if your active devices fit the smaller step. Cancelling is different: it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
Yes, at any time in the billing portal, effective at the end of the period you have paid for. There is no pro-rata refund for the rest of it. The project then returns to Free.
Free during the beta. Sign up, create a project, add the SDK.
